HSE Regulations for Mobile Welfare Units

Safety Working Regulations

As a contractor it is important that you supply your workforce with comfortable working conditions that comply with Health and Safety (HSE) regulations.

Comfortable work conditions mean a happy, healthy and productive workforce which is great news for your business. If you fail to comply with HSE regulations and don't provide your workforce with adequate facilities it could result in your worksite being closed down.

According to HSE regulations all contractors with a workforce of 3 or more people on transient sites must provide access to welfare units.

At Welfare 4 Hire we supply convenient and comfortable Mobile Welfare units containing all of the facilities necessary to comply with the HSE regulations, these include:

  • Sanitary conveniences
  • Washing facilities
  • Access to drinking water
  • Accommodation for drying and changing clothes
  • An area for rest and eating

For your peace of mind all of our welfare units also come with a current electrical installation test certificate.

Our professional welfare units are used across a wide range of industries in a variety of temporary operational locations. Our units are even approved for use on the UK rail network.

Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions about our welfare units or the HSE regulations surrounding them.
